Managing Agent sector

We have now used Inten for the past three years. Inten`s service is second to none and they will attend emergency jobs within two hours and resolve the problem and will communicate all findings by email the same day

Shopping Centre sector

Inten was called in to one of our shopping centres on a recommendation from a fellow colleague to deal with a serious drainage issue. Prior to Inten attending we had five other specialist drainage companies in who could not find the problem. Inten attended within the three hours they specified. They carried out extensive jetting and then CCTV the drain they felt was the problem which was a total different drain to everyone else. They found the problem to be a collapsed drain. The following day they sent a drain lining crew to site and they installed a liner to cover the problem and we have had no further issues. We now use Inten on all six shopping centres nationwide
